President Trump has secretly signed a classified military directive authorizing Pentagon strikes against Mexican drug cartels, finally treating these terrorists exactly as they deserve after they've killed over 225,000 Americans with fentanyl poison.
The explosive revelation confirms what Secretary of State Marco Rubio hinted at last week: the administration now has full legal authority to deploy "intelligence agencies, the Department of Defense, whatever" to eliminate cartel leadership through precision drone strikes and naval operations, sources confirm to major news outlets.
"We have to start treating them as armed terrorist organizations, not simply drug dealing organizations," Secretary Rubio declared. "Drug dealing is the kind of terrorism they're doing."
Units at Fort Bragg—home to Delta Force and SEAL Team Six—are actively preparing target packages for precision strikes against cartel infrastructure and leadership, defense sources reveal. The Pentagon has been conducting strategy meetings since Trump took office, with the President personally demanding target lists for drone operations inside Mexican territory.
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum desperately insists "there will be no invasion of Mexico," but she misunderstands Trump's strategy. This isn't about boots on the ground—it's about surgical strikes against the terrorists who have turned American communities into graveyards while Mexican authorities either collaborate or cower in fear.
The administration has designated eight drug trafficking organizations as Foreign Terrorist Organizations, including six Mexican cartels, placing them in the same category as al-Qaeda and ISIS for targeting purposes.
While critics whine about Mexican sovereignty, Trump understands that sovereignty ends where terrorism begins. These cartels have declared war on America through fentanyl, killed more Americans than some actual wars, and established de facto control over vast territories. It's time they faced American military might—and discovered that terrorist designations come with consequences deadlier than any poison they've ever cooked.
